Burlywood founder, Eric Hobaugh, has been making things with his hands for nearly 40 years.

The company was founded in 2015 and has grown exponentially since then. In many cases the items they make are from re purposed and recycled materials. To them there is nothing more exciting that to see raw materials that were headed for the landfill turned into beautiful pieces of useful furniture. Weather it’s a coat rack or piece of furniture you can be assured those items are made by hand one piece at a time. Fire is one source used to finish wood pieces and is the signature of the brand.
